Hi, I’m Alexandra.

Hungarian born and raised, I’ve spent many years living abroad in different countries — and I’m currently soaking up life in vibrant Barcelona.
Meeting people from all walks of life, cultures, and backgrounds has expanded my horizon in more ways than I could count.

Once a dance teacher, my rhythm led me to even more cultures, conversations, and new places to explore. And along the way, I discovered that next to dancing, there was one more universal language: food.

Almost everyone loves to eat, and even more so — to share a good meal. I love to cook and experiment in the kitchen, while always respecting culinary traditions. I also love to travel — especially when it’s well-planned, so I can simply show up, relax, and enjoy.

This blog was born thanks to my friends and colleagues constantly telling me, “You really should start a blog — your recommendations are always spot on!” And after seeing them try, love, and return to the spots I’ve shared, I thought… why not?

In this blog you will entries on different cities, ideas for a weekend, a vacation or road trip always looking out for delicious spots, as well as a couple of recipes, and option to get something personalized, custom-made just for you.

“I hope this space inspires you to explore more, worry less, and fully enjoy every bite and every sight along the way.”
— Bon appétit, and happy travels!
